Dr. Emőke Bisz received her JD, from the Law School of Eötvös Loránd University, Budapest, in 2003.
During her studies at the University, she paid particular attention to civil law and corporate law, and wrote all of her university papers and thesis on these topics.
Between 2003 and 2007, she acquired experience as trainee lawyer in several law firms, while she also worked for Hungarian and international clients. Since 2007 she has been practicing as attorney primarily in the traditional fields of civil law, in which she specialized in contracting agreements. In addition, she deals especially with corporate law and construction law.
She has advised general contractors on several significant projects of the construction industry, and she provided representation in public procurement processes and private investments. She is perfectly acquainted with bankruptcy law, and has an extensive experience in litigation and legal representation of construction companies. She is a native Hungarian and speaks English and German fluently.
